Pastor Somchai and the
Ministry to the Maniq people in Patthalung, Southern Thailand
MVT is privileged to partner with Pastor Somchai in bringing the gospel and God’s love to this primitive nomadic MANIQ tribe in Thailand. Praise the Lord! Pastor Somchai and team are able to reach out to them on a regular basis. They are very happy with the foodstuffs and clothing that we bless them with. Residing in the Patthalung hills of southern Thailand, the Maniq comprise one of the last hunter–gatherer communities in the world. The total population of the Maniq is about 300 people.

Praise God that Pastor Somchai and MVT team were able to provide a food source for the Maniq people by rearing catfish.
We thank MV ASEAN for the financial assistance to purchase the baby fish for rearing. Thank God there is now about 800 to 900 fish to bless this community.
