MVT Shine News 54

Sister Pavinut is a testament to God’s grace and redemption. She found her faith in Christ through the prison ministry conducted by Trinity Baptist Church in Alor Setar, Malaysia (TBC): A place where the light of the gospel shone into the darkest chapter of her life. Transformed by His love, she embraced This new life in Him, only to face another deep trial—a battle against stage 3 cancer and diabetes.

MV Thailand has given Sister Pavinut the opportunity to serve in the Little Seeds children’s ministry at Little Seeds Community Centre in Dannok, Songkhla as a volunteer. A place filled with love and hope for children in need of care and the teachings of God. Though her body has been weakened by illness, her spirit has grown stronger in Christ. She dedicates her time to being a blessing to the children and the surrounding community, bringing God’s love to those who have yet to know Him.

Additionally, MV Thailand provides her with daily financial support as a token of love and encouragement, helping to ease the burden of her daily life. This support is not just material assistance but also a reaffirmation that she is cherished and valuable in the eyes of God as well as her brothers and sisters in Christ.

In every step of Sister Pavinut’s life, we see the grace and guidance of God so clearly. She is living testament to the truth that no matter how difficult the circumstances, God never abandons those who trust in Him. Her life remains a vessel that God continues to use for His glory daily.

Mission Ventures Thailand (MVT) has a need for Jesus Films equipment for evangelistic work throughout Thailand.

MVT is committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of Thailand, particularly in rural areas and communities that have yet to hear the good news. To enhance this mission of using the Jesus Films as a medium allows people to understand the story of Jesus Christ more easily through a presentation that resonates with viewers of all ages, especially in areas with limited literacy or access to the Bible in their language. Having proper equipment of their own would enable MVT churches and workers to consistently and more widely conduct evangelistic activities.

MVT is committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of With our mission firmly focused on bringing the salvation of Christ to communities, MVT seeks opportunities to acquire for each church their own resources, whether through partnerships with churches or supporters with a heart for evangelism, to ensure the gospel can reach more precious souls in their local communities throughout Thailand.

“To disciple and equip followers of the Lord Jesus Christ!”

The Discipleship Training Center was established with a clear mission; to disciple and equip followers of the Lord Jesus Christ with a deep understanding of the Bible and the ability to apply it in their daily lives and ministries.
Currently, over 50 students from MVT churches are undergoing this 2-year training program. Having completed their first year, they are now stepping into their second year, a crucial phase of intensive spiritual growth and preparation.

The motorcycle provided has played a crucial role in the ministry in the following ways:

  • Enabling the Yellow Leaf people to visit and worship God in the village weekly.
  • Transporting sick individuals from villages to see doctors, covering a distance of more than 30 kilometres.
  • Helping Yellow Leaf students commute to school.
This motorcycle has been highly beneficial to the community, helping people hear the Gospel and ensuring timely medical assistance for the sick.
We thank God that the Gospel has spread to the next village. As a result of the last Christmas celebrations, more than 300 people came to hear the Good News.
We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
Reported by Rev. Dr. Bandhit Dawaen ministry partner of MV Thailand
MV Thailand special thanks to CMA, MVI and MVA for supporting this motorcycle, an essential tool in making this mission successful.
