MVT would like to thank God for His provision through a couple in Malaysia who are blessing the needy students in Thailand with school accessories. Praise God! MVT are able to bless 3 needy students from the Karen communities in Mae La Noi, northern Thailand with school bags, uniforms, shoes and books.

In conjuction with Thailand Mother’s Day, Wan Ming church in Dannok is partnering with MVT to bring joy to the children in this slum area by treating them to ice-creams and blessing the people here with packed cooked food. We thank God for their love and compassion towards the needy community in Dannok.

Please continue to pray along with Pastor Somporn.  He recently walked around the community of Kham Yai and talked about the gospel and giving out tracts. Praise God, that he was able to meet with more than 30 people and a family (mother and daughter) who has shown interest to learn more from the bible.  Please continue to pray for God’s wisdom and strength as Pastor Somporn shares the ‘Story of Hope’, that many will respond to His love.

Mission Ventures Thailand (MVT) would like to thank God for this newly married couple who are called by the Lord to serve full time in MVT and MV Dannok Church.
Songyod and Namfon have been serving in leading worship faithfully each Sunday for the last 3 years.

This centre opens its doors two afternoons a week to help these neglected and abandoned children. Most of them don’t even attend school. At the Little Seeds Life Centre, Namfon and her team provide them with free tuition and a proper packed meal for their empty stomachs. Praise the Lord!

Songyod and Namfon also have the roles of setting up and running the MVT Foundation’s office near the Little Seeds Centre. They are also charged with the fulltime roles of all the administration work and accounts for all the 16 MVT’s churches throughout Thailand.

Besides all this, they are also visiting families in the community to bless them with food bags, adult diapers, walking aids for the elderly and baby diapers and milk powder for the mothers with infants.

Songyod and Namfon also serve in with the MVT sport’s ministry. MVT has formed the Football Team in Dannok (Mission Ventures United) to provide the young men a healthy outlet.  Besides sharing the gospel and the love of Jesus to these youth, together MVT are able to build up their character and discipline with valuable skills and moral virtues through godly coaching and mentoring which Songyod is actively involved in.

MVT is trusting the Lord to provide for Songyod and Namfon as they serve the Lord faithfully through MVT on a fulltime basis.
